Meloniting

Should I do it? Caliber would be either the 6.5 creedmoor or the 6.5 Lapua. Where would be a good place to have it done?

I have not heard or read a bad thing about it. Less fouling, easier cleaning, corrosion proof, increased barrel life, and possible increase in velocity. I'll be doing it to my barrels and actions.

    I am going through H&M

    Last I checked...

H&M, $100/barrel, $200/rifle (includes action, trigger, any steel parts)

Trutec, $100/barrel, $160/barrel and action... they don't do all actions

That's not bad at all. Do I have to take the trigger group off, or is that something they do in house? Will they do a Savage action?

After the complete build/ rebiuld, the barrels were disassembled and just the barrels were done. That's how we did those four guns. Haven't got them back yet supposed to be here last week.
