Re: Manners new MCS-T2 stock

Hi James - We can inlet for just about any action that will fit into the stock. Most of them are considered 100% drop in with the pillar holes cut, and a pillar set ready to bed. Inlets like the Howa and savage are considered 85%, there might be a little fitting around the bolt handle area and barrel nut. We can also take your stock and get you close.

[/ QUOTE ] The cost with a fixed butt and adjustable cheek is $565. With the spacer butt system it will add about $25.00. When the fixed cheek version comes out it will be $415.00 with a fixed butt. We do not do the A-Bolt now but we are looking at doing it in the future. We do not have our web page updated with the T2 specs yet, should be this week. Thank you Thomas Manners

Re: Manners new MCS-T2 stock

Hey their Tom , I spoke with Terry Cross today about his adjustable comb piece and from the sounds of it its one of if not the best out their. He told me he looked at the faults with all the others and desgined his. Hes not to far from here I may ride out and meet him one day.

I'm gonna have to start saving my pennies and have you build me one for my Sako. Not trying to dig into any trade secrets or anything , but is the makeup of the stock so that one could install the quick detach flush mount cups to this stock. I like these things very much but I like to mount them to the left side of the rifle so its a little more comfortable to carry.

Re: Manners new MCS-T2 stock

Hi James, We tried to come up with or own hardware and never came close to his, it is by far the best. We do flush cups a little different, they are add to the shell before it is filled, all of are cups are screwed to a aluminum plate built into the stock. If want to add a cup after you get the stock, that is no problem, the shells are very thick, you can drill and screw in a threaded type cup with no problem. Thanks Tom Manners
