Long Range Wildcat
Looking for ideas for a long range wildcat magnum cartridge and the only requirement is it has to fit in a standard action model 700.

Re: Long Range Wildcat
You left a lot of room there.
338 Edge is a lot of fun. It's also very easy to reload for. You don't need special dies.
I'd also suggest something based on the 375 Ruger. 7mm, 30cal, or 338. Whatever tickles your fancy.

Allen Precision Shooting - look at both magnum & express wildcat cartridges.

Good choice, but Kirby's 270 cal and down stuff will work on a Rem 700. Everything else needs a custom action.
