There are Airgun scope bases that allow a LOT of adjustment for elevation. Most are not very robust or able to hold zero, from what I have heard. They also make adjustable rings. If you don't particularly LIKE your scope, you can put shims under the scope tube inside the rear ring to gain elevation. I wouldn't do this to a scope I LIKED.
I have a Savage/Anschutz 64 with a SWFA SS 10x42 on it now. Furthest I've shot is 100yd and it's tough to get a repeatable 1.25moa group at that range with Lapua Midas L.
I know that US Optics makes a 20moa base for the CZ 452 too - would probably fit my 11mm rail on my Anschutz.
