leica 1600b angle compensation problems

I am looking to get a good range finder with angle compensation. It seems the leica 1600b would fit the bill. But I think I read that some people were having problems with the angle compensation software being wrong. Has anyone on here tested it for acc. With its angle compensation software
PS not interested in something as big as the G7
