I have the solution to our problem. Your barrel is crooked. It has a horizontal curve in it and this causes the bullet to travel in a horizontal curve path.

jwp475 hits the nail on the head . This 10:00/ 4:00 angle of drift with the wind is talked about in BOTW vidio on doping the wind and is something I've noticed on long shots but always thought was due to other factors( shooter error). After lots of thought about those long shots in the wind., 3-4 minutes, when the wind was from the left, the shot was usually about a minute low. also, with the wind from the right the shot was often high. I don't believe in dead calm conditions for shots at 1000 yards. Even when you can't fell it the air can move enough to make 10 inches difference at that range. Just wait 30 minutes and shoot again! As good and ethical long range shooters we need to know all we can and place our bullet based on all the variables.
