.223 for small stuff
7mm mag for large game
.338 cal of some sort or maybe a .50 bmg for loooong distance

6-250 for varmints and goats
260 Rem for bush hunting and the occasional long shot

For North american big game I think you really only need 2, A good 6-6.5mm for pronghorn and deer that spits lead around the 3000fps mark with heavy bullets and a good .338 that hits around the same velocity with the midweight bullets for elk, moose and bear. For Africa you can add a heavy rifle of at least .375 for dangerous game and keep the .338 for smaller plains game.
