Re: Hunting Films, New Zealand

Beautiful country, great camera work and shooting.

Would be nice though to know more about the weapons, ranges etc.

Re: Hunting Films, New Zealand

The bolt rifle in both films is my Sako 75 6.5x47 Lapua with McMillan EDGE Sako 75 stock, 20" ultramatch 1:8" trueflight barrel, 3-12x50 Schmidt Bender PMII, Roedale Delta suppressor, Atlas bipod, shooting 140gr Amax at 2780fps

The AR15 is my custom, built with DD BCG, 14.5" 1:7" trueflight, Timney trigger, Trijicon TA31RCO ACOG, ACE ARFX-E stock, Troy VTAC Alpha tube, Waitaki Engineering suppressor.

Wallabies shot at 10-500 meters, the Tahr are shot at 280-300 meters in the film.
