If you are coming in the Fall during hunting season there are places where there are nonresident elk tags available. Idaho is one of them.
There are a lot of "prairie dog ranches" that you can go to if you are willing to pay. There are also several forum members who guide for coyotes.
It is likely that in September that there will be leftover doe/fawn antelope tags available in Wyoming.
