Actually Ric,

I think that even if you are not funning there has to be something wrong with you. That is to say , maybe your " whatevers " are off balance, or some other dang thing thing

Though there may be those that don't realize it I have done the same thing for a while now , and have recognized the benefits of doing so .

Hehe! Maybe so! But hey....I've been huntin these darn things since 1948 and I've gotten more than my share; some really nice ones so now.....I can pick and choose what I want to take home! I've got meat in the freezer from LAST SEASON...along with a fresh elk so it ain't like I'm gonna run outa groceries!!

[/ QUOTE ] If you ask the wife, she will tell you that I tend not to shoot a deer in the beginning of the season. I really enjoy being out and about in the woods. The shooting part is only the tip of the iceberg.

Thatís a nice shot, congratulations!

We had a really rough season hunting the Allegheny National Forest. We had a pretty big gang and only saw three legal bucks all week. Its getting harder to drive up there from home to hunt when everyone from home tells me how many deer were standing in my yard while I was gone.
