Dynamic Research bullets

Has anyone used the Dynamic Research Predator bullets in 338? They seem to think their 235 gr bullet is the ballistic king for 338s. I wonder how real world performance would stack up to a 300 OTM or SMK?

Re: Dynamic Research bullets

There was a thread on here. Might have come over from Sniper hide. but they tested a bunch of bullets , close and I think @ 1000. I made some notes, KNS, TESTING # for the 235 was .556,236 gs=.578,245 lehigh=.631,285 Hornady=.685, 300 otm=.776. This was a independent test, looked like they went to a lot of work. Some of these mono metal bullets need a very specific barrel and twist. Jeff VN I THINK?? HAD A VERY specific set up

Re: Dynamic Research bullets

From the DR site

we’ve got what they need, but it’s not 300gr., it’s a 236 grain dose of reality that can repeatedly drill 10” groups at 2200m.

Re: Dynamic Research bullets
