Does anyone make a thumbhole stock for weatherby 30-378???

I know this post probably doesn't fit here, but it is the most looked at forum.

I've looked all over, and I can't find anyone that makes a thumbhole stock for the weatherby. I'm trying to find one for a good friend, he can't find them either...

any help would be great, thanks...jon

Try lonewolfriflestocks.com and mcmillianbros.com. I think either of these folks can help you out. I think that Boyd's Ross Thumbhole may also be made to fit a Mark V.

Call Stockade gunstocks @ 308-4325114. Talk to Kevin. They specialize in Savage, But will make bedding blocks for just about everything. Their stocks have aluminum bedding blocks like HS Precision molded in. I have a Thumhole they made me for a long action REM. 700.It is my favorite stock,As good or better than anything on the market.If you are handy at all get the money saver, Comes primed,you paint and I skim bedded mine.Price is more than competitive.

Bruce Baer in PA makes laminated thumbholes in three different sizes and inlets for you also. Go to www.6mmbr.com and look under recommended gunsmiths for his contact info.

I used a Richards Microfit wildcat for my Ultra. They are a bit rough but finished product turned out well.

Had McMillan inlet a Tooley MBR for my 30-378 though.
