For the Android OS the one I found that looks the best so far is Shooter, home page below. It is $10 and seems to have most of the items of interest.

I just contacted the owner/writer of Shooter and coming soon is the capability to do a Blue-tooth link with the new Kestrel 4500 NV Blue-tooth model.

This is exactly what I run. If you are going to run the NF / exbal program. I suggest you pick up a $10 SD card from staples. Unless your axim is coming with one. Then when you install the program choose save to "SD card" instead of "device". This way when your battery goes dead all your data will be safe.
