I've got relatives all over Colorado. These live West of Trinadad. I grew up west of Grand Junction.
As far as posting pictures, if you have them on your computer. Just go to
www.imageshack.us and browse to them on your harddrive, then upload and then copy the top link for forums into your message here. Voila, they are 'on the web'.
I love the Cortez area, I Bow hunted elk on the Florida (pronounced Flowrita) river in the wilderness area near Durango. Nice/vast country.
The Muley herd is definitely on the upswing. They tried to ruin it with the point restrictions and unlimited over the counter licenses. When they did that, I called the biologists in Denver and listed all the studies that showed that would not work. They had to figure it out for themselves, 10 years later, its recovering and we have a healthy herd with a pretty good mix of Buck/doe from what I've seen. My brother said he saw several 30"+ bucks this year (didn't have a deer tag though).
