Calculating MOA adjustments

I've seen this topic before here on LRH, but I can't find it.
Shooting a group at 100 yards at zero, then raising up 20 moa to verify that it will raise point of impact 20 inches and not anymore or less.
I did this this morning and the difference was 21.5". I need a different multiplier other than 95.49?
Using a Leupold 8.5x25 LRT.
Many thanks for the help,
Gary

1 moa = 1.047" so 20 moa would be almost 21" (20.94" to be exact). It sounds to me like your scope is pretty good. You might try a couple more groups, you could be closer than you think......Rich
