Burris signature rings

This may seem like a dumb question but when installing these insert rings, and wanting to get 20moa more out of your scope, does the thicker insert go on the top or bottom in the front ring, and do you make it the opposite for the rear? never used them before. THANKS!

You want to point the front of the scope down.

So the thicker goes on the bottom of the back ring or the top of the front ring.

If you are using a 1 inch scope, then take the +20 and put it on the bottom of the back ring (ring closest to the buttstock) and put the -20 on the top back ring. in your front ring use two "0" inserts.

If you have a set of 30 inch rings and you want to add 20 MOA to your rings:
On the back ring: +10 on the bottom and -10 on the top
On the front ring: -10 on the bottom and +10 on the top
(Burris does not make a "20" insert for 30mm rings, so you have to do it with the "10's")
