If you are using a 1 inch scope, then take the +20 and put it on the bottom of the back ring (ring closest to the buttstock) and put the -20 on the top back ring. in your front ring use two "0" inserts.
If you have a set of 30 inch rings and you want to add 20 MOA to your rings:
On the back ring: +10 on the bottom and -10 on the top
On the front ring: -10 on the bottom and +10 on the top
(Burris does not make a "20" insert for 30mm rings, so you have to do it with the "10's")
