Re: Best way to pack a heavy rifle

I have very limited experience with packs, but I really like my J107. When I take it off I am amazed at how much weight is in the pack. It doesn't feel that heavy when I'm wearing it!

I was out visiting him to try and decide which rifle I wanted him to build, so we went and shot a few different ones. After I decided on what rifle, I asked him how far I could hunt with it. He said "Well, after seeing you shoot, basically, if you can see it, you can kill it."

So, after I get some trigger time behind it, I'll start looking for varmints WAAAYYY out there!
