Very interesting Kirby. Are you going to run any RL33 through it?

Will you offer the 338 Raptor left handed ? Do you think Bertram brass will last as long as Lapua brass? What will brass cost ? Thanks Joe

I may but I suspect it will be to fast in burn rate. I may try some VV N-570 if I can round some up but not overly excited to use a powder that is not easy to get for the public. Whats another 150 fps if you can not get the powder.....

The Raptor is already offered in left hand, several have shipped already.

On the brass, as strong as Lapua, NO, stronger then Remington, Win brass yes, similar to Federal RUM brass from what I am seeing early on. Will be good brass. It will easily handle any appropriate chamber pressures that the Raptor SHOULD be loaded to with no problem but it is not quite as strong as Lapua brass. Getting it shipped here will be the main issue.

Right now looks like around $4 each for this batch but should go down a bit down the road. The real question will be how bertam will work with me on brass order size and right now he is so overwhelmed building 338 Lapua brass that he has no time for anything else. Hopefully he will catch up with the Lapua and will be able to do some other brass.

Congrats Kirby on the positive results with testing.
