!80gr Accubond 300WSM RL19 or RL22 ??

I was referring to 180 grain out of 300 WM not WSM. I read the post about the WM and didn't catch the part about the WSM. Sorry again.

Has anybody been able to get 2900+fps out of the 300WSM with 200gr bullets? I found the 200gr Accubond performance to be excellent in my 300WM don't know if it's worth trying to squeeze 2900fps out of my 300WSM or not. The 200gr Accubond has a listed BC of around 588 the 180gr has a BC listed at around 505 I'm hating to give up that much BC it's going to hurt at longer ranges. The latest Nosler book shows 200gr bullets running 2944fps out of a 26" barrel using a max of 67.0gr of RL22. starting is 63.0gr showing 2810fps.

Shoting 180 gr BSTs, I've gone to Nosler's 69.0gr max for that weight with no pressure signs and pretty good accuracy. No velocity figures yet.

NS Cant help you with the 200's mine was set up with an HS mag box and shorter throat for 175smk's. I can fit in the box and still just touch the lands. 200's in mine get stuffed in the case. With a little longer throat and mag room or single shot the WSM can shine with 200's and 210's. With the shorter box you will lose some fps if you stuff the long bullets in the case.
