3 shots at 800 is plenty nice...

10 shot group at 800 is called a competition...

3 cold bore shots on three targets is closer to hunting.

10 cold bore hits on ten separate targets at differnt ranges and conditions is confirmation you can take down Mr. Mulie or Mr. Elk with darn good confidence...time to go a huntin.

Yea, I know, I posted on Accurate shooter, but I put in a disclaimer about the 3 shot group in the post. But this is a hunting site, a one shot group in the kill zone is the only thing that counts.

It took me a long time to be able to walk out, and take a cold barrel, first shot, and hit a 10 inch target. IF the wind isn't blowing too hard. I can do that pretty consistently out to 800 now.
