.270 win Berger Hybrid 130 gr use

Has anyone tried the new Berger 130 gr hybrid Classic Hunter bullets? I just wondered if they really were not sensitive to seating depth. I have tried the VLDs before and they shoot great touching the lands on my rifle but if I move them back 0.005" then the group size doubles. I was hoping these new hybrid bullets would not have that problem.

They are not sensitive to seating depth.

    They shoot well.

They make big holes in critters.

Thanks for the reply. I have a box of 100 on order and can't wait to get out to the range with some.

I bought some at a store in Colorado Springs called Specialty Sports Supply. The last time I was in Sportsman's Warehouse they had some too. I have not looked for them online.

I used 250 grain hybrids in my .338 RUM, and they worked very well. They do shoot a bit better close to the lands, but they still do very well sitting in the mag.
the hybrid design does what they claim.
