I went with a 20" barrel in mine because of the type of hunting we do in south Texas. We hunt almost exclusively in a box blind or pop up blind over a food plot. My 24" & 26 " barrels were always hitting the top or side of the blind when I would pick the rifle up for a shot. The shorter stiffer barrel has been very accurate for me and the loss of a few feet per second due to a shorter barrel hasn't been an issue.
