Has anyone used the 140 gr 6.5mm Berger Hybrid to hunt with yet and if so, what were your results?

I shot 2 does with them one shot each, found one pencil hole thru lungs never found the other.

3 rd doe I shot 4 times before she dies, only one bullet expanded after hitting heavy bone. All were shot between 380-440 yards. I would advise against using them, stick with the hunting vld.

Oh, SNAP! My heavy 6.5x47 loves them; numerous 1st round hits at 1100 yds.

You might try the 142 JLKs. They are made with the same J4 jackets the hunting Vlds are made with.
