That is very disturbing........something is fundamentially wrong if that is the case. Shooting 8 inches high and 4 inches to the right and your scope is out of adjustments? The groop looks good but that is very concerning.
Question: Why load testing at 200 yards? I have always done them over the chronograph at 100 and the loads/groups have always turned out well.
As for the zero, if it is a hunting gun then the 200 yard zero should be perfect. If it is not, then you will be dialing for everything anyway and I would zero it for 100(as is my practice and will always be).
