gerryb,
I would start at about 79-80 grains of RL25, and a 215GM, ( if you can find them).
Good old H1000 will get you there as well. You are going to like the TTSX bullets, but the hogs won't. You should find them accurate, and deadly. one other load that comes to mind is 78-7828-150, and a WLRM primer. Good luck in your quest, but it shouldn't be hard.

Feels good to be in the brotherhood. Remington 700 Sendero SF 7mmSTW, Zeiss 6.5-20x50, shooting handloads.

Man, I REALLY like that scope! The rifle is a given, as I know it is a shooter, but those Zeiss optics are very nice! Nice rig there dude, and Welcome to the " Hood".

Like I said on another thread, I've had the gun for 11 years now, but just got the new scope for it earlier this year, and so far am loving it. It's definitely a tack-driver.

Thanks guys. Feels good to finally have more STW folks to talk to. When I normally tell people what caliber it is, they usually look at me funny like a caveman scratching his head. So I have to explain the whole detail and show them a visual aide (bullet). LOL

Hey MudRunner, if you really want to give them a " visual aid" , show them a target, that will make em' scratch their head!

Here's a 24-shot group I made with my 700 5R .308 @ 100 yards (Don't hVe any of the STW yet, but I will next time I go to the range):
