Re: 7mm STW Brotherhood - For those who shoot the 7mm Shooting Times Westerner
Does any of the brethren have a ballistics calculator?? I am trying to figure drop on the 145 LRX bullet.
The stats are as follows.
Bullet 145 LRX
BC. .486
Speed. 3413 ave.
Caliber. ( obviously 7 mm).
Zero. 200-225
Temp. 30-50 ish.
The only thing I don't know is how to figure out what the humidity, or barometric pressure may be. I have read that some formulas ask for it.
What I want to do is make a chart of drops at different distances , given a 200 zero. My kid used to have a app on his phone, but doesn't have it anymore. Thanks to anyone who can help.

7stw,
This is with your data adjusted for no altitude, since you live on the coast, 200yd Zero at 45 degrees F.

Nosler Accubond Long Range!!!!!
Just read about this, another bullet to get and see how the rifle shoots with them. It looks like they will have 7mm in 150, 168, and 175 grs. The BC's are high, all over 600.
Hope these do come out soon!!!

Re: 7mm STW Brotherhood - For those who shoot the 7mm Shooting Times Westerner
Dano, and Black sheep, I am blown away with the ballistics info.
Dano, that chart is amazing, and loaded with info. I have to sit and dissect it a little, and figure out how to utilize it. I am going to print it, and make a laminated business card size card, and either keep it with me, or stick it to my stock.
Black sheep, thank you very much also for the break down, as that is pretty much what I am going to end up with, or a combination of both.
I am very humbled and Thankful for all the info. THAT'S why I love this website!!!!
Take care, and I hope everybody is ok.
