I can envision that!! Seriously thinking of upgrading my Springfield XD-9 to XD-45. Don't think 9mm is gonna cut the mustard on those critters!

Between that and the BARRETT STYLE 270WSM you mentioned on the Lolo pack thread you should have it covered. LOL. Me I'm sticking with my Springfield XDM 9, and not legal in California magazines with +P+ loads. I don't want any of them going away without a memento. I've got a 6.5-284 barrel coming for my WInchester 100, and an MPI stock. The 2-8x Leupold Mark 4 got here this week. Won't be ready for this year but it's in motion.

Re: Wolf scoreboard.

Opportunity exist to comment on the Montana plan to extend the wolf season. I'm going to learn to post a link one day, but until then go to fwp.mt.gov. then select hunting, and the comment section is easy to find and use. Also you can comment on allowing sportsmen to fill the depredation needs.
Suppliers of Idaho traps say sales are up. Idaho F&G says tag sales are down $3 million from 2008 peak. Ultimately $ speak louder than words-again.

Re: Wolf scoreboard.

All things considered, i wish Idaho would keep all their dogs .I live in southern Oregon about 30 miles from the California border, and we now have a pack of wolves that came from Idaho.I have seen them right in the middle of the Klamath Marsh Ntl wildlife refuge.During a state elk hunt several other hunters have seen them. One of the hunters took pictures. When we talked to the game warden he stated no wolves were in the area. Two days later the local news paper came out with the report. In my opinion we need to kill them before we have the problems of the other states.GOOD LUCK TO ALL HUNTERS KILLING THEM.
