scouting pics

these were shot with my cell phone in an area that will soon open for archery season i really hope he decides to stick around!

he's definitely not worried about me being so close- looked to be about 150#, young, healthy, and overconfident. i'm hoping he doesn't realize why i was so interested in testing his reaction to me...

Nice pictures. I am waiting to scout for rifle season until Aug 30th. Just so I don't have to resist temptation if I come across a wolf. Still waiting on the Halstead fire though. It could be a game changer for Elk hunting this year.

I can resist anything but temptation! The camera would have stayed in the pack.
I may be the slowest guy on the mountain . . . . but . . . . I'm on the mountain!
