what make is your AR?

I have been looking at a LARUE, I have no idea what this make is like. My neighbor is saving his money to buy one or a real good AR for hunting or just blasting rounds.

I would like your input. keith

Re: what make is your AR?

Well no one ever likes my AR advice but my personal guns are LMT and Daniel Defence. I dont buy crap its mil spec only for hunting or range time, is the only way to go in my opnion. Larue is nice but they are not mil spec they do have some good stuff. The diffrence in price between a "HOBBY GUN" and a real tool is not that much and in my opnion your always better off with a mil spec rifle from a teir one company.

Myself and all my customers have been very happy with Rock River Arms. Accurate, very good trigger, tight fit between upper and lower, and they look very well made. Every single person is happy with their RRA rifle. I feel they are the best for the money.

Re: what make is your AR?

If anyone is looking for a dual roll AR for hunting and traning. I would look at Noveske. Choose your caliber wisely as 6.8 spc ammo is expensive. Bravo company also has alot of great offerings.

Its better to buy once and cry once. If you buy a hobby gun and try to run it like a teir one weapon your are in for trouble. I buy most stuff from Grant at G&R tactical he wont BS you. If your building your gun his LPK( lower parts kits) are the best you will find for the money and he has alot of "BLEM" parts from Tier one builders. Not out of spec just scratched for a discounted price.

I have a RRA M-4 and love it. I have never had any problems with it. I also have a Colt and a custom rifle built up. They're all great rifles, but the RRA is very smooth to operate.
