scope and buis (both useable at any given time)?

Is this possible? Seems like it'd be a great combination to have buis for brush shots and a scope (maybe 4-16 power) for longer ranges. Is there a mount that makes this happen?

I run my sights on a 45 degree offset to my magnified optic. transition is quick and easy. My current setup is a 15 inch samson evo rail with Magpul Gen 2 MBUS with a 4x optic on top
