There is no better between these two companys they are both top of the line neither will disapoint you.

Out of the box both are excellent weapons. Were you will notice the difference is in the trigger. Larue use Geissele triggers and DD use their own. Can't go wrong with either IMO.

LMT definitely belongs in the mix as well as noveske in my opinion. It's really just looking at the options and what of those options you want in the rifle. All are great companies.

I've been very happy with my dd and when I wanted a 308 I went with the LMT.

I have a DD M4 V7 and love it, I did change out the trigger though. It's a very accurate rifle! I also ordered a LaRue PredatOBR, both rifles are in 223. Still waiting for them to start producing the LaRue.
