Good one anyway, especially for your location. Keep up the good work, one less for me to hit with my focus.

Re: Big buck down

Congratulations!, the "twang" was the last thing he heard.... Just curious, where are you hunting? , if you don't mind me asking. I noticed words like "feeder" , "park" and "yard". I've got a big one behind my house I've been hunting for 3 years now.....the deer back there are totally locked in by suburb and over generations they have come to feed on browse alone, which baffles me on how the one got so big without proper nutrition. I have tried alfalfa , corn, deer corn w/molasses , deer feed pellets and every powder , block, and syrup I could find to put in front of my cameras. The deer just walk right through it , absolutely ignore it..they have no idea what it is and only eat browse... I did get them to feed on some wheat I planted but that is it...

Re: Big buck down

We have a small hunting group called Animal Connections Deer Management Team (Animal Connection Deer Management Team** * * * * * Managing The Deer Population* * * * * * * * * * * *Feeding The Hungry - General Information) that I am the director of. We harvest deer with archery tackle in suburban neighborhoods outside of Washington DC. We have found shelled whole corn pretty effective in bringing the deer in to a spot where we can shoot them.
