That Titanium would look real nice on top of my brushed stainless steel barrel with a black composite stock.

I'm looking at a light weight for my next build; McM Edge or similar stock, X-Treme Ti action, and these Murphy Ti mounts would be just the thing to complete the package.
Anyone have any experience with their products?

Being that they are made of Ti,can they be lapped?

They can, but it isn't necessary, or recommended. Our rings profiles are cut all at once in pairs on a Wire EDM machine, so the mounting surfaces are almost perfectly parallel. If you are getting uneven contact, odds are your base isn't quite straight, and lapping will only ruin the rings to make them match that warped base. Much better to take the time to bed or shim the base to get it perfectly straight. Then any quality ring will work great without lapping.
