Montana Actions are just fine for a student to work on
The main problem with Montana 1999 actions is delivery. I have built two rifles on these actions an have a third action on order. I placed my last order on December 4, 2007 and have been given several promised delivery dates. I don't think Jeff and Devin have improved on Bryans delivery problems. The Montana will require some fit and finish work.
