The 32-20 Win in a Winchester 1892 lever action is probably my least common cartridge. While on the farm I used this rifle to kill our home killed beef and any injured cattle that needed putting down.
Other less than common cartridges I have rifles for are the 22 Hornet, 220 Swift, 250 Sav AI...
@memtb the two manuals that you have mentioned I believe are very good suggestions. Lyman make equipment but not projectiles where Sierra make projectiles but no equipment so it is a great combination.
The other resource that I have found helpful for beginners is ABC of Reloading.

This is a small business with exceptional customer service. I have bought several sets of Redding dies and instant indicators from them and they are happy to ship to New Zealand.

As far as I know Norma still makes 7x61 S&H brass.
The Schultz and Larsen rifles chambered in 7x61 S&H were popular here in New Zealand and also I believe in Australia plus Canada.
As @DSheetz as stated they are indeed made in Denmark.
They have the S&L cut rifled barrels which are lapped which tend to be very accurate, all eight of the S&L rifles that I hand-load for will shoot sub 0.5 in 5 shot groups at 100m. There is no plastic or alloy on the Legacy rifles...
The Schultz and Larsen Legacy is a scaled down action produced in 222, 223, 6x45 and 300 Blackout. This is a switch barrel system. Here is mine in 223.
Hi Justice1327, thank you for the time, effort and expenditure that you have put into this exercise. I noticed in your latest video (post #68) that you have included KG 1 Carbon Remover. Is there a reason for using this rather than KG 12 Copper Solvent please?
I have a Redding Model #3 powder measure that I bought new in the mid seventies, it looks the same as the one the OP has but mine is green rather than brown.
Mine throws weights from 5gr to 100 gr. Redding still makes the Model #3 and you can buy a pistol chamber for it that throws 0 to 10 gr...
After reading the OP I looked through several reloading manuals to see how @Oldschool280 load compared. As stated the Nosler 9th manual lists 64 grains of Win 760 as the start load with a max of 68 grains for their 85 gr BT. The start load is 79% case full.
Hornady 10th manual lists 55.6 grain...
CZ are now making the CZ600 which I believe is a mini action.
Cooper made the M51 which was a mini action but they have since been bought by Nighthawk Custom and at this stage I don't think they are making rifles.
The other one that I know of is Schultz and Larsen who make a mini action called...
